Dear Members 11 June 2015 It has been some time since we have had a Members Night and I am delighted to advise you that we have a very special night organised for Monday 13th July. Australia’s foremost Irish born chef, Colin Fassnidge, is opening his 4Fourteen Restaurant exclusively for Lansdowne Club members and will be on hand to answer questions. Dublin born Colin trained with Raymond Blanc in Oxford and arrived in Sydney in 1999. He started at The Four in Hand in 2005 and took a small Dining Room in a Pub to a “Foodie” destination. He is well known in Australia through his Television work and particularly as a Judge on televisions popular My Kitchen Rules. Seating at Colin’s restaurant is limited to 90 people so you will have to act quickly to reserve your seat as this members night will sell out very quickly. We will be experiencing his Collective Menu – 4 shared courses and beverages.
